It’s funny where life takes you. A simple shopping trip to a local mall changed my life completely. While approaching a favorite store I heard music up ahead. Immediately, I flashed back to a moment when I was driving along on a hot summer day with the windows down and another car came alongside with music blaring. That music set my soul on fire and burned itself into my memory banks. It was Latin guitar, fast and furious and completely unforgettable. The car sped away but the memory stayed behind condemning me to a fruitless ransacking of CD shelves and various music stores in search of that elusive fiery music. And, in that moment in the mall, I heard that music again (or its twin, I’ll never know). Just ahead people were crowded around some musicians and the music in my soul filled the air. That musician was Luis Villegas with his band. I bought a CD and life has never been the same for me.

I became Luis’ biggest fan, following him unabashedly around the Los Angeles area wherever he played to hear that wonderful music over and over again. I bought all his CDs, became his fan club president, and eventually was hired to help with whatever needed doing. Luis and I became MySpace members and from there I found other musicians that I also enjoyed and traveled frequently to hear, most notably, David and Hector Maldonado in San Diego and Stefano of Guitarra Azul in Chicago (also a big Luis Villegas fan). Slowly, the idea for this business grew as I began to realize that I had skills that would be helpful to the busy musician. I began talking about it everywhere I went and found other musicians who wanted my help and thus, my business was born.

Now I am on an amazing journey, privy to some of the most incredibly talented people I could ever hope to meet. It is a privilege as well as a great pleasure to bring to their lives a measure of assistance that in even the smallest way helps them in their quest to bring their music to the world. I hope that my passion and dedication, along with my skills, will find its way to each musician who comes to visit my website.
